FAQ

What is a DC Compact?

A full DC graphic novel in a smaller, cheaper format. Roughly the size of a manga volume, the whole story, £7.49 here. The Dark Knight Returns, Hush, V for Vendetta, that kind of thing. They are the easiest way into the big DC stories without spending twenty quid a book.

Why buy here and not Amazon?

Most weeks the starter packs and compacts are cheaper here. When Amazon does win, what you get here is someone who has read the book, packs it properly and answers if you email. If you want to know where to start with Batman, ask me, not an algorithm.

Do you sell back issues?

Yes, on eBay under SPLASH_COMICS. Runs, keys and singles, all photographed front, back, spine and interior so you can see the condition for yourself.

Can I pre-order?

Yes, where a book shows as pre-order. You pay now and it ships the day it arrives with me. Everything in the first drop ships from 13 November.

Do you post outside the UK?

Not yet. UK only while the shop finds its feet.

Where can I find you in person?

At comic cons around the South East. Upcoming dates go up on Instagram and TikTok first.
